Return policy
You can return a part up to 30 days after it is delivered when it meets the requirements below. We sell parts across Canada as a dealer, not the manufacturer.
How to return a part
Email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Say what you are returning and why.
Return requirements
- The part is new and has not been used, modified or installed.
- It comes back in its original packaging with every accessory, instruction and piece it shipped with.
- It is packed well enough to arrive without damage.
We refund or exchange a part once it is back with us and inspected. Orbital Parts does not pay for labour, installation, or damage from installing or using a part.
A part refused at delivery, or returned without an RMA, carries a restocking fee of at least 20%. A part returned new and unused may also carry a restocking fee.
A refund is processed 3 to 5 business days after the part reaches us. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 days to show it.
Parts we cannot take back
A part that has been used, modified or installed cannot be returned. A warranty claim or a manufacturing defect is handled as a warranty, not a return.
Shipping damage
Inspect your package when it arrives. If it is damaged you may refuse delivery, and we ship a replacement once you send us photos.
If you find damage after opening the package, email photos to [email protected]. We book a pickup and ship the replacement when the courier scans it.
Repack the part and its accessories in the original box for the pickup.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows no delivery, tell us right away. We work with the courier to find it, and ship a replacement if the courier confirms it is lost.
Order errors
If you received the wrong part, a part for another vehicle or a defective part, email [email protected] with a photo. We reply with the next steps.
Return shipping for a part you ordered by mistake is yours to pay. If the mistake was ours, we pay it.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax. We ship by UPS, FedEx and Canada Post.
If a part cannot ship on the day its page showed, we email you the new day. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot complete, and we tell you first.
